KooKooTowels currently uses Canada Post's Standard Ground Parcel Service to ship all of its packages in Canada and FedEx 2-3day service in the US. Should you wish your package delivered in a more timely manner, please contact us at 604-495-6355 to arrange a more suitable delivery method.
APO/FPO Restrictions
FedEx has placed restrictions on parcels being shipped to APO/FPO addresses. In most cases, we will not be able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. There are certain conditions that may make such a delivery possible, so please contact us and we can see if arrangements can be made with FedEx.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
All order payments are processed the next business day (subject to credit approval). Following successful payment approval, we strive to have your package shipped as quickly as possible but becuase all of our orders are "custom made", it may take up to 5 days to process and pack your order following payment approval in addition to the shipment times listed in the table below. This means that your total time from order to delivery includes the time it takes to:
- process your payment
- pack your package
- deliver the package via the chosen carrier
For example, if you shipped via Standard Ground Parcel (to, for example, Toronto) and your order was packed 3 days following your original date of purchase, you would receive the package within 9 business days (1 business day for payment processing + 3 business days for packing + 5 business days for shipping). If you have any questions about this policy, please call us at 604-495-6355. Please note that the delivery times quoted are based upon normal business volumes. During times of heavy volume (think Santa!), all services can take up to three (3) days longer.

Tax and Duties
All customers from British Columbia will be charged 7% PST and 5% GST. Customers from all other provinces will be charged 5% GST. There is no tax on the orders going to the USA.
US Customs may levy an import duty on certain items in an order valuing more than a total of USD $200 (excluding shipping cost), and the total amount of the duty will be collected from the importer (customer) by the delivering courier under section 321 of 1931 US Customs Act.

Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping and Handling on returned merchandise is non refundable. If entitled to a refund, refund will not be processed until we have received the returned merchandise.
